Honquest is a non-profit initiative for fairer professional evidence.
We built Honquest because CVs and interviews capture what people did, not always how they work with others. This project is run without profit motive. Our goal is better evidence for hiring and collaboration, not engagement metrics.
Why this exists
Structured feedback from people who actually overlapped with you can complement CVs and references. Honquest keeps that signal portable, aggregated and privacy-conscious.

Infrastructure limits (and how we manage them)
We operate with shared daily and monthly email quotas. You can request more invitations than your immediate send allowance: the excess joins a fair waiting list and goes out when capacity remains (typically at night), split across people waiting, so we serve as many people as possible without one backlog monopolising the day. We explain these limits clearly in the dashboard.
Non-profit by design
Honquest is a public-interest tool. We prioritise trust and privacy. If premium tiers appear later, they would fund operations, never sell your data.
How you can help
Try the pilot, share thoughtful feedback, help translate copy, or contribute engineering time. We also welcome introductions to organisations that care about fairer hiring.
