Honquest verifies who may respond, so responses are pseudonymous to the platform—not absolutely anonymous. The evaluated professional and profile visitors only receive aggregates.
Separated data
Identity, invitations and sessions are stored separately from structured feedback. Feedback uses a blind identifier, not an email address.
Thresholds and suppression
Reports unlock at five responses. We hide small relationship groups, timestamps and any view that could reveal a respondent by subtraction.
Purpose limitation
Responses support the authorised professional report. They are not sold, used for advertising or repurposed to train employment-ranking models.
Control and deletion
Professionals choose whether to publish, can return to private mode and can delete their account. Beta deletion removes profile, invitations and associated feedback.
Before a public beta
This implementation is a closed-pilot foundation, not a substitute for legal review. A controller identity, final privacy notice, lawful-basis analysis, processor agreements, cross-border transfer assessment, retention schedule, DPIA approval and data-subject request process must be completed before accepting real participants at scale.
